SWEET TREAT










INGREDIENTS



3 tiles (250g each)  of Dates

~ 80g Fair Trade Dark Chocolate 72%

~180 g Cashew Nuts

150g Shredded Coconut 





METHOD:

Soften the Dates in a boiled water ~3 hours 

Remove the extra water through sieve


Quickly blend the Cashew nuts to create smaller pieces
(Use a little power as them easily becomes Flour, You want them to have crunchy texture)

Melt the Dark chocolate


Add the dates, Cashews & Melted Chocolate in a blender


Blend till the texture becomes more even
(You can leave some bigger date pieces as a "surprise" in the mixture)


Place in a freezer for ~ 15 minutes




Create ball shapes out of the mixture

 &

Roll in the Coconut Flour


Place in the freezer for another 15 minutes





Preserve in a jar
